Want a nicer stomach?

But you can't be asked to workout? well your not the only one!


My tips for you to a nicer stomach!

Simple quick exercises that will help you.

You start with simple sit-ups, 

  try to start with 10, 3 reps times a day, if that's to easy try doing 20, 3 reps and keep going up. You will feel the difference within days! it flatters your stomach like nothing else!  

The nest exercise is my absolutely favorite! 
Squats! surprised?
Yes squats help not just your bum and legs but your stomach and many more!

And this is how to squat CORRECTLY:
  remember to keep your back straight and head up! Slowly.
Start with 10 a day up to 70 a day 3 reps, you can do it with weights if you wish start with little weight.
