A lot of people think dieting is a lot harder than it actually is, there is a lot to it but I will slowly explain and show you step by step!Lets start with breakfast!
A lot of people eat literally anything for breakfast I know this because I used to even eat ice-cream and cake for breakfast, however it did not do me any good for the rest of the day!
My breakfast now contains fruit,eggs,natural yogurt and so on...
