Tip; If your trying to lose weight/cut down on food/cut sugars the best way to start all of them is to eat a lot more fruit and veg! It's a lot healthier than sweet,fizzy drinks and fat foods!
You have man options on how to eat/drink fruit e.g. making juice out of it, making smoothies(adding veg) and even making  healthy gorgeous ice cream!
